This beautiful girl is Tammy! She is around 3 years old and weighs around 50 lbs (23 kg). She is a calm and obedient dog with low-medium energy. She enjoys her walks and is good around other dogs and people, though she has not been tested around cats. While Tammy is a calm and sweet girl, she can be possessive over her food, due to her past experience of being severely underweight due to food scarcity. She should not be fed around other dogs. Tammy is very smart with a lovely disposition, though it has been difficult to find a home for her in Chile due to her size (smaller dogs are the preference in Chile). She has now been hit with another roadblock in life as the shelter she was being housed in has burnt down due to a fire. This has put Tammy on our list of urgent dogs and it is critical that she be booked onto one of our February flights.
